About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To discover and unravel the secrets and mysteries of the universe!

ABOUT ME

I am an earthy, sun gazing lover of life and life's mysteries. Pretty much everything interests me, which is a gift but can also be a curse at times because there are only so many hours in a day.

I am passionate about health and nutrition especially raw live foods and exploring sustainable forms of technology and living.

My obsessions are rock climbing, the human psyche, music, guitar and growth.

My addictions are singing, mountains, climbing, trees and ebooks.

PHILOSOPHY

I ask you to believe nothing you cannot verify yourself.

Life is not a camp, it is a journey.

"Be the change you want to see in the word." Ghandi

"Look deep into nature and you will understand everything better." -Einstein

"To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wildflower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour. ''

- William Blake

"Dance me to the end of love." - Leonard Cohen

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing is an excellent sign of how we are moving back towards the old school values of community, hospitality and opening ones home to the vagabonds and travelers of the world.

We seem to learn something from everyone we meet and have something to give in return, even unconsciously at times. My couch is open for an exchange of energy any time possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All my surfing and hosting experiences have been wonderful. Each as memorable as the previous and generally consisting of connecting cooking together, lovely walks, playing music together and chatting into the early hours of the morning.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bought a tipi, painted it and lived outdoors for 6 months, into the cold Canadian winter as an intern at a wilderness survival school (sticks and stones wilderness survival school) while cooking for survival classes. In short, the Canadian winter kicked my ass. Like holy crap!

Hitch hiked across Canada. Ya, it's big and it was far...

Teach, Learn, Share

- I can share and pass on my skills in wilderness survival such as fire by friction, shelter building, wild edible identification, primitive cooking, tracking, navigation, stalking and movement ect..
- I also invite anyone who would like to join me in my journey towards a healthy diet and lifestyle, which includes raw vegan dishes, vegetarian dishes and delicious home cooked meals.
- Lastly, if you are so inclined, learn how to play an instrument, I can teach you some guitar.
