ABOUT ME

I am a social person with an eclectic group of friends. I enjoy doing lots of different things, hooping, yoga, working, hanging out in the park and chillin, going out dancing oh yes and making good healthy food and eating the food. I appreciate truthful interactions and express how I am really feeling, I hope that others will feel open to do the same.

PHILOSOPHY

I am the chosen one and so is everyone else, spread love, compassion and light to make this world a better place for all the special people

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just got home this summer from spending five and a half months in India and a month in Nepal. Although I traveled all over India, I spend 3 months in Auroville, where I learned, evolved, healed and fell in love. It's not so much about what I saw in Auroville but more about what I experienced. Everyday was a trip. I spend my mornings doing acro yoga, meditating in the giant golden golf ball structure meditation chamber called the Matrimandir, (which my friends and I called MM short for the Matrix Mandir) and my evenings hanging out with friends, driving around on mopeds and eating good food.

A second more random event. Walking all around the area the towns near Ooty, (a mountain town in tamil nadu, India), through the mountains and tea plantations. When we were almost at the peak a man with goats walked by repeating "6 toes, 6 toes". Whereby, I looked down and counted his toes, sure enough he had six toes! No joke, true story.
