About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To smile in the street.

ABOUT ME

I am a student at the moment, studying a philosophy major. Right now I am in Seattle, soaking up a bit of springtime before I return to Melbourne for my final semester.

I enjoy the outdoors, road-trips, cups of tea, campfires, beach swims, sunsets and rises, drinking wine, baking, playing cards, all of the good stuff!

PHILOSOPHY

To enjoy everyday!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed a bit, mostly in the Sates, and have had such great experiences! I have not started hosting myself, but once I get settled again I would certainly like to give back as much as I have gained!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had some great stays with people all over the West Coast of USA. Love to concept and can't wait to do more. Going to a place is one thing, but to get an inside view and meet some locals is what is truly valuable.

Interests

Reading, writing, drawing, sitting on beaches, swimming, listening to tunes, chilling out, cooking, eating yummy food :)

Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Johnny Cash, Grateful Dead, Laura Marling, David Bowie, Neil Young, Tom Waits, Bonobo, Nina Simone, Alela Diane, Alt-J... old school, new stuff - all of it :D

Books.. I like Steinbeck, Bukowski, Huxley, Vonnegut, Hesse, Atwood, etc. I love to read, and I love to have new books recommended!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well... I rode an old school bus from the capital of Nicaragua across the country, paid for a ride on a cargo ship and rode 20 hours to some small island in the Caribbean and lived there for a month!

Teach, Learn, Share

Tell stories of my travels so far, cook a meal, have a drink, share an experience.

Woo!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to cook a meal, buy something to drink, and share stories so we can get to know each other!
Let me know how I can contribute :)
