About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Passionate about travelling, humans, culture and nature

ABOUT ME

I would say that I'm an openminded and easy going person. I love to travel, get in touch with new people, learn about other cultures, learn new languages, cook - especially for and with friends. I like doing sports for example cycling, jogging, tennis, pingpong, hiking, snowboarding, inline skating, slacklining; I love watching movies, listening to music, to photograph, to walk around, to be in the nature, to laugh, etc. I am someone who is trying to avoid a monotonous and stagnant life, so I like to keep on experimenting with new things and stuff. I feel I need to be active and vibrant as well as relax inbetween:)

PHILOSOPHY

Through my experiences in the past I believe that if you really want something and believe into it, you will reach your goal.
I am trying to follow my inner wisdom.

Music, Movies, and Books

To which music I'm listening to, depends always on my mood. Music can be soo motivating and inspiring! I am always open for new inspiration:)
With movies it's more or less the same - it's really mood-depending. I like complex and sophisticate stories and challenging performances as well as I sometimes watch movies to just relax, laugh or get inspired.
My favorite books are The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov as well as several books of Hermann Hesse like Demian, Unterm Rad, Siddhartha, Der Steppenwolf, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've made the wonderful experience on Couchsurfing that there are people in this world, who are completely selfless, generous and willing to help. I was in a stagnant and difficult situation, and I simply asked for help on CS. Immediately some people got back to me, offering their help, and within a short period my problem was solved. This attitude has deeply impressed me and I wish that I'll be able to continue this and give it back to the community.
