ABOUT ME

I'm Mini from Hong Kong. After finished my internship in Germany,i got a job in a media company,so i return to my city.But this is not my stopping point. In my heart i always want to fly away and start adventure again.

After working life started half an year,i gradually understand that my previous traveling life gives me more than i expected.A new journey will begin soon.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Umm... ...Action is always better than saying:P!I believe the meaning of couch surfing is sharing and understanding but not searching for a hostel or a place for sleep.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to the Netherlands for studies on 2011.During that year i became a backpacker and went to lots of countries.I encountered many beautiful amazing people in Europe.From couch surfing,i was not just got a couch,but lots unforgettable memories!

More importantly,couch surfing makes me trust people tend to be love rather than hurt others:).

Interests

I majored Literature in University,so you got the answer right?Yeah i love reading,not only literature books,but also history,politics,essays or even manga.

And i love playing guitar though i'm not a musician.I enjoying the atmosphere when music go through go deeply inside your brain -- everything get blurred and you can have a deep relax then.So i love live shows and concerts!

Also i participate in politic movements as i trust practice will makes the world better.Recent year in Hong Kong we have got tons of unfair and ridiculous stuff, like a worse political system,stupid education policy and social welfare for the poor is not enough but rich people become more rich.Through demonstration i want to create a fair and better world with people have the same mission. I'm interested in international politics also as reality told me unfair things appears all around the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies : Les quatre cents coup, All about Lily chou-chou, Lust Caution ... ... and i enjoy watch foreign movies,no matter main stream films, arts or cult films.

Music : various types! for example, Domoto Tsuyoshi(Japan). Portishead . Muse .Bob Dylan .Beatles. Beyond and Jing Wong in Hong Kong.

Books - i would like to get the recommendation by couch surfers. Any?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

*Travel alone
*Chatting with strangers in every cities i was traveled and listened to various stories.
*Did an internship in a Chapel near Berlin Wall for 2 months.
*finished a 3-days marathon style drama performance.
*......still waiting!

Hong Kong is a really small city in South Asia.When we talk about it,people may just remember Jackie Chan,food heaven and business city immediately.But there are more and more besides those things.This city has its unique culture,people are quite independent,citizen have their own identity.

Yea it would be nice if you try to analyse my city.
