ABOUT ME

Born in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. I've lived in Argentina (South America) for almost all my life, until last year.

I've done and do different things in my life. I got a degree in laws at University but soon after that I got more info my yoga practice and became instructor, and then my interest in body and energies led me into the Zen Shiatsu practice, another practice I studied and practiced for some time while I was living and running an small but amazing studio in Buenos Aires.
Now I'm little out of the practice because I've been traveling for more than a year so it's been some time without teaching frequentely.
But we can go trough some stretching if you feel so, or share some relaxing bodywork and learn how to give a therapeutic touch

For some years I've been dancing contact improvisation and sometimes teaching, contact improvisation and contact improvisation in water. It's a beautiful practice that I'll love to show you if we meet and can find a nice place to do it.

I'm also a freediving instructor, and since this is quite fresh for me It's something I would love to share with you!

By the way, I'm not a physical guy, in the sense that I'm not Crazy about workout or gymnastic or practicing yoga all day... This are all practices that I really love, because they teach me a lot about myself and they allow me to feel good with myself and in my body and this is important for me. So I would say I like to move and to feel free within my own body and to stay healthy...
By the way, I'm vegetarian 😊 but I'm not a judge of other people behaviors neither a provider of advices that are not requested, so don't b be afraid 😁

PHILOSOPHY

Right now I feel life is too big, too amazing for me to have a philosophy... I have my thoughts and believes but I think better just to surf life...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted people while I had space in my place, while I had a place. I'm willing to do it again wherever I settle.
Now I'm traveling and staying usually in friends places but I love the idea of getting in a new place, without knowing no one and yet being able to contact people who's willing to open their doors and share their time, lifes and spaces.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted, I surfef. It's been always nice. Sometimes beautiful.
One of my surfers, Madoka, from Japan ask me to host her for maybe 3 or 4 days... she stayed living with me for like two months
There was no romance but instead a deep peace and Harmonie. 😍

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Red moon eclipse in Abu Gallum, Sinai dessert sharing a mattress whit my partner Sasha being the only ones watching that strange moon.

Falling underwater into the deep, flying down into the blue seeing how time expands and contacts in strange ways.

Dancing for minutes underwater in the depth forgetting that you still need to get to the surface to breath

What I Can Share with Hosts

Conversation, vegetarian healthy food, yoga coaching, movement advices, I can explain you contact improvisation and do some basic things or just Dance together, I can tell you about freediving and maybe teach you something, and if we have water dance now places we can go and try and dive and dance!
