I like to spend my free time exploring. Tidepools, urban creeks, beaches, and abandoned buildings. Wandering. Reflecting on the wonder.

I am a technocrat. Raised by videogame consoles. Educated by the interwebs. My corneas are permanently burned by the tubes.

Recovering videogame addict. But pinball is still alright.

I am laid back. Love people and conversation. I try to not be judgmental. Very open, and wanting for new experiences.

Movies: 180° South, Into the Wild, The Art of Travel, The Endless Summer, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, For Lovers Only. Any social or nature documentary. Independent films. Especially films with a good sound track.

Music: Indi bands that don't exist yet. Glitch, Bay Area hiphop, dubstep, big room electro. That, and most everything else.

Books: Anything from O'reilly media. Reference manuals, schematics, blue prints, nautical charts and maps. I love maps and charts. But the internets take most of my attention unfortunately.

I can help you with plant identification. Food drying and fermenting. Organic gardening. Cooking and the art of food ingredient improvisation.

I want to learn how to make skin on frame boats, improve my skills in a kayak. Very much so want to learn celestial navigation, and sail more.
