3) after I accept it, you have to confirm the couch request

No, couchsurfing is not free hotel. So you are not free to do what you want
- leaving at 1am and come back a 3am
- saying at 3pm that you will arrive at 11pm and at midnight saying that finally you decide to go to a hotel
