ABOUT ME

I absolutely love to travel (as I'm sure the rest of you do :)). I've studied abroad in Sydney, taught English in Thailand, worked at an orphanage in Ghana, backpacked Europe a few times, hiked through South East Asia/China/Hong Kong, done adventure sports in New Zealand, and much more! When I'm not traveling, I'm usually blogging about at Gadling or on my blog at http://jessieonajourney.com. Other than that, I love hiking, dancing, wine, cycling, museums, tattoos, art galleries, festivals, movies, reading nonfiction, and going out with friends!

Although I have been traveling for a long time, I have always done hostels and home stays. For my next 2 trips I am planning (a little US road trip and a big south america trip), I would like to try it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Working with the children at the orphanage in Ghana was absolutely amazing and something I think about everyday, even now that I am back in New York
