ABOUT ME

I love new. New places, new ideas, new experiences... I love to see/do new things. Any and all new experiences, hit me up!

A little more about myself:
I am currently a neuroscience/psychology major with animal behavior minor at Indiana University. I'm an animal lover, a bit of a crazy cat lady in the making really, and I am vegan but respect everyone's choices in life. I have two pet rats with me at college, Miko and Bagheera (ten points to anyone who correctly guesses which disney movies the names are from), and two kitties at home which I miss dearly.

In my free time I try to find new activities/ideas to engage in. I grew up in a fairly small town that was pretty small minded so now that I'm in college I'm trying to open myself to all sorts of new things. I love talking to absolutely all sorts of people, its so interesting to hear how opinions and perspectives change on everyday topics.

I also tend to spend way too much time on imgur (so addicting).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've traveled solo to Chicago and Detroit, went with a friend to Atlanta, and spent a summmer in Baltimore. All experiences were BADASS. I'm definitely looking forward to going back as well as exploring new ones.

I've also hosted a few people/bands passing through, and met many great friends through meetups. I love this site and all the people I've met through it!

Interests

My newest philosophy on life has been to avoid the word no at all costs, which has led to many crazy situations. I'm down to party, explore cities, meet new people, try new foods, stay up all night talking, hear a new band/genre, read interesting articles, travel absolutely anywhere, and pretty much just experience as much as possible. I'm looking to live it up one day at a time.
