ABOUT ME

We are a fun couple who live in a small flat in Bristol Uk with out dog Buddy, we enjoy going to the pub for a quiet pint or 2, talking about films comic books, politics and food.

We are currently working on making our garden look great and hopefully we'll be able to grow our own fruit and veg soon!

Teri is working at a nursery in town and is in charge of a bunch of babies while James spends his days creating marketing plans and designing advertising for a local fast food chain and his nights working on a series of comic books he is creating with his friend

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Last year we used couch surfing to do a 3 month trip around eastern and mid USA, and Canada. We managed to do it almost exclusively through Couch surfing (literally every night except one!), now we are trying to get ourselves sorted so we can start hosting.

We had so many great experiences while we were travelling and made some truly great friends.

Interests

we love music! and going to festivals, and reading comics, and drawing, and baking, and dancing to 80s music (all music really, but i throw the best shapes to some sweet classic 80s rock). we love sweets, and all food actually. we like adventures, and being in new places!

Music, Movies, and Books

movies: assassination of jesse james (thats james' - i personally think it sucks). the dark knight movies, funny movies, silly movies, cheesy movies, and really awesome movies? right now we're loving the walking dead series, new girl, adventure time, 30 rock, parks and recreations, arrested development...

we listen to: manchester orchestra, childish gambino, angus and julia stone, arcade fire, band of horses, the Beatles (always), bon iver, edward sharp and the magnetic zeros, imelda may, johnny cash, louis prima, she & him, woodkid etc....

we are always reading books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We've
- travelled around the east coast of America and Canada using couchsurfing
- been to see crop circles (weird, but fun!)
- lived in a campervan!
- travelled to some lovely places in england
- got engaged at a farm, then celebrated on a boat thats a pub! (that was pretty great!)
