ABOUT ME

I am basically "from LA“。 That I grew up in Micronesia and have lived and traveled in many other places around the earth.

I used to play Sitar... dabble at Guitar. Of all the countries I haven't been to, India is my favorite. Of all the countries I've been to Brazil is my favorite. I'm very sarcastic and social.

PHILOSOPHY

Majored in Philosophy in college.... I consider myself a Post Christian Mystical Monotheist. I've learned much from Rumi and others like him. Neti Neti.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

public events and hosting, and surfing when travelling. I can't host right now but down to meet up or share advice.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Excellent. For me hosting is an alternative to travelling. As I love travelling, if i can't travel, i love to meet travelers and to host.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Was born in a car. Yosemite. Jumped out of planes and helicopters. The great wall and the terracotta warriors in china. Took a 3 and a half day sleeper train ride accross china. Saw "the sexy sax man" in san francisco last halloween. But these are not the most amazing thing. Perhaps we will talk about it in person.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can Teach: Hockey and ice skating, beginners sitar, Intermediate portuguese and Chinese.... Arabic script, basic analytic philosophy concepts (my major in college)....

I want to learn: how to fly, speak other languages, hang-glide, play guitar, dance.

I can share: shananigans and general caroising, a good glass of scotch, a hockey and futbol match, singing, love of nature, interest in world religion, spirituality, philosophy, and culture.
