I am a Polish student currently living in Poznan, where I study.
I love sports and outdoors - generally anything conected with nature.
My lifelong mission is quite simple. I want to be a good person and I want to be happy.
I am trying to live a sustainable life - with no harm for the environment, wildlife and people. For now I am learning about it and trying to apply it to my life. I just realized how challenging it is!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of meeting people from different parts of the world. I have already met many wonderful people thanks to couchsurfing and I want to meet many more. And there is no better tour guide than the locals.

Thanks to some of my Finnish friends I just discovered how many things we can make on our own instead of paying loads of money for ready-to-use products. Currently working on my knitting projects :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For 3 months I lived in a Finnish forest, just by the lake, with the nearest shop 6km away from my house and a bike or my legs as a mean of transport.
I jumped into a frozen lake in Finnish Lapland and rolled in the snow - in a swimsuit (both after sauna of course :))

Once during the biology class in high school my teacher tought me something I will remember probably until the rest of my life. She told us some story which I don't really remember (something about a family with a disabled child) and the conclusion was to NEVER judge anyone. People face many different problems, have to make very difficult decisions that we may not always understand. We may have no idea what they are or have been through in their lives. And it's not for us to judge them.
