ABOUT ME
I like to think of myself as a superhero minus the tights...unless they are sexy leather ones. Truth is I am just an average girl trying to enjoy life as much as I could while still making it to old age.

This is my motto:
I carry a feather so I can remember that I am delicate, a needle so I can remember that I am human,chocolate so I remember I could be sweeter and breadcrumbs so I remember where I came from.

I am a nerd. I have the same cheesy smile in person. I am adventurous within reason. I am unapologetically random and a chatterbox. :-)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I havent been active in a while! I was very active in going to meetups and hosting a few years ago. Now, i am just hoping to meet people and show them the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

From the moment I hosted my first person I liked the fact that I was helping somebody out and learning about them. I cannot host but maybe one day will do so again.

Intereses

My absolute passions in life are travel, food and writing. I love to travel. My mission is to travel to all continents by age of 40. This might require a whole lot of meals of ramen noodle soup but I am willing to sacrifice for beautiful scenery...I take that back I am NOT willing to sacrifice that. I love food and everything that involves it, cooking and eating of course. In fact, I can have an hour long conversation just talking about food. Lastly, I love writing. I love to read and to write as well.

My other loves include art, history, culture, film, music and the outdoors! While on vacation it is likely you will find me temple hopping or enjoying a festival somewhere. In terms of music I listen to and can learn to appreciate everything, although once in a blue moon a band makes my ears bleed. I absolutely love the outdoors whether it is camping,rafting or whatever it is get me outside.

So many amazing things I have seen! Maybe it is just me, maybe I am just in awe of everything but the world is an amazingly beautiful place.

Completing the 5 day W Trek in Torres del Paine, Patagonia, Chile.
Climbing the mountain opposite to Mt. Bromo in Indonesia to witness a beautiful sunrise.

I only know that I know nothing at all.

I can probably tell you a bit about art. I have a lot of random knowledge on this subject. I can attempt to teach you Spanish, since it is my native language but I don't think i am a good language teacher. I can give you a cooking lesson as i am totally obsessed with food. I know a lot about history too.:-P

Can't teach you salsa but at least how to shake your hips.

For me an important part of my spiritual life is helping people and not just people who i am immediately comfortable with but people from all places and creeds. It is a humbling yet rewarding experience.
