ABOUT ME

I have been described as laid back and easy going but with steely resolve. I like animals of all kinds, creating artworks, meeting and having fun with people, old buildings, serene natural landscapes, playing dice, walking and exploring. I dont like bullies- either individual or corporate.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that we return to our Creator the one thing It dosnt have- ie the experience of being an individual seemingly seperate from creation. I believe that we remain suspended in this illusion whilst we live and when we die we return to an understanding of ourselves as part of All That Is. Experience is all important that is why I seek to experience as much as possible. I am spiritual, not religious but I am accepting of those who are. I am generally open minded. Friends and family always top my priority list.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Brand new to the couchsurfing movement. I hope to meet some lovely people in the places I am going to, and I look forward to hosting same after I get home in 1212. I am happy to sketch a portrait or landmark by way of reciprocating hospitality. I also can give advice to dog owners as I'm a qualified behaviourist trainer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met my first couchsurfer at a party a couple of weeks ago and was intrigued by the concept. Hopefully will come to know many more!

Music, Movies, and Books

Quite liked the Conversations with God trilogy. Some of my favourite films... Wings of Desire, Rozencranz and Guildenstern are Dead, What the bleep do we Know, Zeitgeist, and top Australian films such as Noise and Little Fish. Music; I'm a big fan of REM, Hoots and Hellmouth, classic Aussie pub rock (Crowded House, Chisel, Hunters and Collecters) and much more

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just one?? No way. Saw an amazing enormous meteorite crash into the atmosphere. Saw a wild black panther in the Australian bush. Saw and participated in a communities effort to save their forests. Have seen more than a couple of strange lights and UFOs.

Teach, Learn, Share

Dog Training, Horse Sense, Compassionate Care of Cockatoos and other exotic pets. Art in all its forms. I love a good weighty philosophical discussion more than most.
