About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to visit places I've never been before and meet awesome people

ABOUT ME

Hi, may name is Josh. I am 30 years old and live in West boylston, MA. I am outgoing, helpful and always up for a new experience. I work for an asset management company doing sub-accounting and asset managing of specific clients. I have been working here for a 5 years and I enjoy the good old desk job once again.

I currently live with my girlfriend and two other friends of mine in a my house. I look forward to meeting new people and seeing what this world has to offer.

Some of my interests include watching sports (yes I’m a diehard Patriots and Celtics fan, and I love the Red Sox and Bruins as well), playing sports, disc golfing, home brewing (I brew my own beer), poker, drinking, and watching tv to just be lazy. I do not read too much so I don’t truly have a favorite book. The last two books I read were “Bringing Down the House” and a book on Home brewing. When it comes to movies, I like almost everything from a funny comedy, action or horror.

I am always looking to meet new people, make new friends and such. I am open minded and as long as you can share a laugh, a drink and like to have fun, we’d get along.

I’ve been to several states, but not really out of the country yet so far. I have been all down the East Coast, along with Michigan, Colorado, California, and Nevada, yea I lost track. One of the best places I’ve been is camping in the Rocky Mountains (right outside Vail). The scenery made me speechless. I am hoping to go back there sometime soon.

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem, because you never know what you might miss out on

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Still experimenting but so far so good. My best friend and I went for an awesome adventure a few years ago for the first true experience of a CS roadtrip. It was a blast and can't wait for the next extravaganza!

I am new to this experience. Lets see what it brings.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most movies, no favorites. Don't really have time to read, I feel like I'm always on the go, last book I read was "Bringing Down the House" and a book on brewing beer. I like most music, pop, country, rap, rock.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Camping in Colorado is amazing. The west coast, Santa Monica, CA was awesome. Going to Patriots games.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy meeting all sorts of people. Tough to pinpoint just one type. If you have a fun personality or just like to lay low, it'll be fun to meet. I like learning about others' experiences, places they've been, people they've met and such. There is so much in the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have 3 comfy couches, breakfast lunch or dinner. Plenty of bars around as well. About 10 mins from Worcester train station
