ABOUT ME

A rolling stone gathers no moss. I am always on the move. Having a wide arrange of interests and hobbies. A bit of jack of all trade but master of none. I work hard, and play hard. Recently I was able to combine my passion for adventure with my career, which is what brought me to the beautiful Victoria, BC, Canada.

PHILOSOPHY

What doesn't break you, only makes you stronger. Life is like a pot of bitter tea. If you drink it earlier, the sweetness will come earlier, too. When I am young, I am ready to learn as much as I can and work as hard as I can to prepare for my future.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Heard of couchsurfing recently. Since I cannot host in my current situation, I am planning on using couchsurfing as a venue to meet travelers and local couchsurfers and participate in any Victoria couchsurfing activities.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

none so far, I am ready to rectify that.

Interessi

Love learning new things and meeting new people. The more one travels, the more one realizes the common things between culture and civilization that thread all of us together. Keep an open mind, I am always amazed how much I absorb. The beauty of life inspires me and keeps me going. I love the outdoor and naturally I am quite excited to move to Victoria from Ontario. The older I get the more appreciative I become of finer things in life such as gourmet food and wine (ice wine anyone?). Love sharing the stories, laughs, and good food and wine with people.

I like movies with twisted endings. A few my favs:
Shawshank redemption, Momento, Fight Club, Million Dollar Baby

Music: anything but hardcore country...

Books: if it has a movie based on it, it must be good, right?

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I lived in Nunavut (yes, literally, middle of no-where). It was a magical moment when I first saw the Northern Lights. Almost surreal but you are standing there just can't take your eyes away from the dancing sky.

Oh and I tried whale blubber (raw whale's fat) when I was up in the North, it had a potent taste and interesting texture, kind of like gym...

Sunrises, sunsets always leave me speechless and heart filled with hope. When I lived in Toronto, my 9th floor balcony had unobstructed view of downtown Toronto, with the CN tower and Lake Ontario. There's never one sunrise the same or one sunset the same.
