ABOUT ME

I was in China teaching for 2 years August 2011-2013.
I arrived in New Zealand in September 2013 and haven't looked back! I've worked at a kennels near Auckland, 5* hotels in Queenstown and now I walk around Wellington for a living.

Antarctica is on my wishlist next!

PHILOSOPHY

When God closes a door, he opens a window. I'm not that religious or anything, but I wouldn't have gone China now without that philosophy! Also, the lyric from Katy Perry's Firework: "maybe the reason why all the doors are closed, so you can open one that leads you to the perfect road" - is a more up to date version of this!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing Malaysians high up in the mountains, who'd never seen white people before. They were so welcoming. Also, teaching English as a foreign language is a fantastic thing. I've had some many amazing and unique experiences!
