ABOUT ME

Hi,I am Tina. I am living together with my boyfriend Matthias in a flat in Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany. We are both employees and mostly working during the week, but we are always interested in meeting people from all over the world and sharing experiences. I am a museum educator and museologist at German Games Archive Nuremberg. Matthias is Online Editor. We are both open-minded and would love to show you our new city. We are still discovering it ourselves, for we just moved from Potsdam to Nuremberg about a year ago.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone is welcome. With work we both have certain obligations. Nevertheless we try to enjoy our free time as much as possible. We always try to escape from the daily routine :) We are both culture lovers, like to vitit museums, exhibitions or concerts. But a nice evening with friends enjoying franconian beer or a cocktail is also fine with us.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We hosted already some couchsurfers in Leipzig and Potsdam, now we would like to start hosting in Nuremberg. We only host on dates we have the possibility to spend at least some time with you, rather than leaving you all by yourself.

Although we have some hosting experience after three years in the couchsurfing network, we have not managed to be couchsurfing guest yet, that's defenitely on our list for this summer :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a year abroad in New Zealand as aupair. I have also traveled to Japan for 3 weeks as member of a professional school choir. Both travels were very exciting and I really enjoyed them. Matthias spent some weeks in Sri Lanka, Italy, Hungary and Denmark.
