HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
The new terms of use (from 14 september 2012) will definitely be illegal!
Why?
Mainly:
- You can't say no to the ToU
- They are allowed to change everything in the ToU without notification
- They are allowed to do anything with the data
And other issues
What can you do?
Call your commission for data protection in your EU country!
There is a special group for that:
Article 29 Group
Ask for them and you get to the right place immediately!
