About Me

ALL ABOUT ME......

I am from London in the UK but travel a great deal. If you are planning to travel, let me know... I may well be in the country you are heading to, so get in touch!

I have a great deal of compassion for people who have suffered or are suffering, and endeavour to help them as I can. That compassion is particularly extended towards children, and vulnerable people.

I appreciate kind, honest people and try to treat people with respect, dignity and kindness (the way that we all want to be treated).

My blog: I've been too busy to update it for a wee while, and the blog has never been promoted or publicised, but if you want to know me, reading my blog is the best way to do it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Helped farmers plough the fields of Palestine; got lost in the Amazon rainforest while living with a tribe of former cannibals; been to Belarus 34 times, Poland 26 times and Latvia around 8 times; fell down and got trapped on a cliff on the Crimea and was eventually rescued 2 days later; worked in orphanages and in a hospice in Belarus; spent three years writing my first book; almost had a script and idea for a sitcom accepted by the BBC in 2012 but they rejected it at the last minute after considering it. Consoled myself with chocolate and pancakes. Bummer.
