Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to meet people from different nationalities or people who share the love of travelling with me. At the moment I try to join the couch surfing party every week in Auckland to get to know different people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couch surfing experience in Australia in April 2012 was just amazing. Because of this positive experience I would like to try to offer a couch as soon as I am back for my studies in the Netherlands. It totally depends on my roomates and if we have enough space of course. My friend from Germany is going to visit me in July and I would like to convince her as well of this. We will travel togehter from Auckland to Queenstown and I would love to stay a few nights with her at a place of couch surfing hosts. Let see if that is possible ;)

Interests

On sunny days I love running through parks or around beaches. Since I am a real outdoor person I try to ride my bike as much as possible which is hard because unfortunately the conditions in Auckland are not really good... At home I play volleyball in a girls team and try to see my friends as often as possible for the weekends for going out to the cinema or for dancing in the clubs as well as going out for dinner with my mum. I love icecream and I can eat it to any time during the day yummi. I am always open to spontaneous actions and shopping tours.

Music, Movies, and Books

At the moment I am reading the triology "The girl with the dragoon tattoo". For dancing in clubs I definitely prefer house music, so you can forget the world around you for some time at the dancefloor. In terms of movies I am a real girl and love everything with dance and love especially when there is a happy end :) But I am always open minded to try something new so I also watched the SAW and Panoramal Activity movies just for fun :P

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bungee Jump from a 120 m bridge in South America. Just awesome!!! It took my 5 minutes before I did it and it was just amazing. Definitely worth to do.

Teach, Learn, Share

People who have a history and do not mind to share them. Everyone has a past and almost everyone has secrets. I love to listen to people who travelled a lot and are able to share their experiences with me. I am not good in discussions because I give up at a certain point but I still think that I am right. But if you do not mind you can give it a try of course I am not always right. since there is only one year of study left I try to find out what my future career should look like. That is quiet hard to describe for me so I am keen to every opinion or experiences in Business that someone would like to tell me. Feel free to do so.
