About Me

CURRENT MISSION

...enjoy life at its best (current home base: Buenos Aires)

ABOUT ME

I'm from a pretty spot called Freiburg, down in South Germany (Black Forest), close to France and Switzerland. Mountains, snow in winter time, cuckoo clocks and our neighbour's delicious baguette and cheese are what you can enjoy round here. I'm a curious girl and like to learn about the world and its people. My heart beats for Latin America, its warm-hearted people and their way of life which is why I have been living in Buenos Aires since April 2016 where I teach German.
What else? I love travelling, good food :-), dancing and meeting lovely and funny people from all over the place.

PHILOSOPHY

Traveling is not about getting somewhere, it's about leaving. It's the unexpected of the next call, it's the ever unfulfilled desire to know something else, it's tomorrow, eternally tomorrow...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

---
[STILL NEEDS TO BE UPDATED: I can show you around in Freiburg. The first stop would be a brewery where you'll get the best beer ever. I share a flat with Katja and Hannah where we could also host you. Most important requirement for our sufers: you like eating :-).]

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to the CS Language Café/International Exchange Evenings in Hamburg which I loved for making new friends. I met many nice people...with whom I went dancing, ice-skating and I surfed in México and Brazil and we had some guys, friends of friends etc at our place in Freiburg and in Buenos Aires. Great platform to make new friends!!!!

Interests

I'm in love with cities I've never been to and people I've never met.
