About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to spend a month living free and easy on the road, away from my worldly possessions, just a backpack, some camping supplies, and some good books. I've never done anything quite like this, let alone by myself, and i know it'll be a huge growing experience

ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going guy who loves meeting people and experiencing new things. I'm a musician, and i just got a degree in audio engineering, so music is a big part of my life in all aspects. you can usually find me biking around the city buying books, or, hanging out at a concert with some buddies. I'm a pretty big dork who watches a ton of movies and reads a ton of books and comics, but i promise i won't push my dorkiness onto you if you're not feeling it. I love dogs, and so if you got a pooch who wants to bother me all night on the couch, not only is that totally cool with me, but i will cuddle the heck out of it. Im really open minded to new experiences, and just want to spend what's left of my youth getting to know what the world has to offer outside of the fairly limited lifestyle that i'm used to.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live by the ideal that the world is full of good people, no matter where you go. I'm willing to put a great deal of that trust into people for this trip. Another philosophy i live by is that in this world there are infinite experiences to be had, so you might as well try to do it all, cause you might just find that one thing that makes you happier than anything else.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Willing to do laundry/make meals/buy beers/walk your dog etc. Alsoif you ever need a place to stay in Toronto, i'd love to return the favour!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just moved out of a big house of 7 roommates, 3 of which were pretty active couchsurfing members. Over the passed 9 months our house hosted at least 10 different couchsurfers, who overall, turned out to be super cool people, some of which i'm still in pretty regular contact with.

Interests

Making/listening to music. Reading ALOT (the nerdier the better. lots of sci fi and comic books.) Meeting people and making new friends. Camping. going to lots of concerts, hanging with family and friends. watching old kung fu movies. stopping to pet dogs on the street without aknowledging the owners.
