ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Mike Page and I grew up on a farm in Kentucky, USA. At 18 I joined the US Army for 2 yrs. in order to pay for college. After college, I have a degree in Communications, I went back into the Army for 10 more yrs. I am currently living in Kentucky, USA and want to travel, volunteer, rediscover myself and get back to a simpler way of life...
I am not afraid of hard work and am not looking for a free vacation. I am eager and excited to both broaden my perspective on life and meet others who are willing to share their lives, homes, and experiences with me.

I have worked around animals, especially horses and cows, and plants my whole life. I have also worked in construction, in the restaurant industry, as a bartender, and in the Army. I am a very hands-on, DIY kind of person. I am very detail oriented and am good with computers and have a very strong grasp of the English language. I have also worked extensively with children up to 10 years old, I have volunteered for 5 years in elementary schools helping in English learners classrooms. I have also had extensive training in first aid and CPR.

I am a very honest and friendly person. I enjoy being outdoors and hard work. I am a PADI IDC Staff Instructor and am very close to my family and understand how important family is. I am also a non-smoker, don't do drugs, and only drink socially.
