ABOUT ME

I'm a very simple person , any one can get along with me , I'm fond of social gatherings and activities. Although I like my work as a doctor , I do my best to have some time for my life, my interests and my friends.

Now I'm shifting gears , moving to another country , starting a different job and simply moving to a new life.

since I Moved to the US I discovered a lot about myself.. I am still in the beginning of my journey but so far I am enjoying every moment of it.

PHILOSOPHY

Either you like it or not life has its sweet moments as well as its crashing moments, that is not optional. what is optional is how will you react.

Helping people without a expecting a reward is what adds those shiny pearls to your soul.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I participated in a project where a group of collage students volunteered to educate a group of girls in a preparatory school in a poor rural area in Egypt , named Talkha, about basic life sills ( communication skills , presentation skills , time management , basic productive health issues, ..etc ). In the beginning we were challenged by the low quality educational level , the very conservative background that make a girl believe she should not discuss reproductive heath issues, I actually felt it will be impossible to make a real change. Few months later I remember at the end of the project we arranged a small event when the UNAIDS and partners who funded the project came to see the progress of our work , and all I can remember is the tears in my eyes when those beautiful souls performed a short play about the health right of a woman in their conservative community and how she fought the community oppression to get her right. they we amazing , the UNAIDS delegates clapped for them for 5 mins . those beautiful souls made me believe that the world can be a better place.

I climbed mount Sinai over the night and watched the most amazing sunrise scene I have ever seen in my life.

Hiking the mountain Saint Jacento to the top.
