ABOUT ME

I'm on the path to discover as much as I can! It is firmly my goal to experience every thing worth experiencing on Earth (as much as i can fit in!) and meet as many people along the way. It has become clear as day to me that I value experiences over materials, I truly want to live life and use up every ounce of potential and energy given to me.
I'm a very laid back/easy going guy, I don't sweat the small stuff and I look at life as an epic adventure novel. I very easy to get along with, pretty good sense of humor as well I would say :) I love meeting people and sharing stories/knowledge with each other. I think the whole point of being alive is to help others.
My father is an Italian American (From Sicily) and my mum is English. I grew up and went to school in England, I had a amazing childhood and was lucky that my dad was a pilot so I got to travel a lot as a kid.
I love all Sports! playing and watching, but especially rugby, american football, gymnastics and mixed martial arts.
I am a big reader, I love reading biographies as they are a deep insight into the minds of the most remarkable people who have ever lived. I also love to read about philosophy and history.
I am a lover of ALL types of music but If I HAD to pick a favorite genre it would probably be tied with classical and trance, oh and 80's music becasue its...awesome. My whole family is very musical and sadly I have never picked up an instrument...but it is one of my goals to learn to play an instrument well.
Im a big out doors guy. Anything outside is awesome to me, hiking, kayaking, climbing, sky diving. You could say I'm a bit of an adrenaline junky as well.
Also have to say I'm a huge lover of animals!, my mum and dad has always had lots of animals including horses, goats, donkeys, dogs, cats, parrots, chickens. I love my dog Maximus to death!

PHILOSOPHY

Always better yourself in every way, every day. Always exceed your level. There are no limits, only plateaus.

Know that time is the most valuable thing in the world, waste not one second. Live the life you will have wished to have lived, Live life as if you are the star in your own movie - which you are.

Never be afraid to fail, think differently, go against the grain, speak up and stand your ground, do what makes you happy and help others do the same, have principles and stick to them, happiness is a choice, keep in touch with friends, express your feelings, don't work too hard, live true to your self, don't live in the past or the future as the present is the only thing we have.

I would rather be ashes than dust!
I would rather that my spark should burn out
in a brilliant blaze than it should be stifled by dry-rot.
I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom
of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet.
The function of man is to live, not to exist.
I shall not waste my days trying to prolong them.
I shall use my time.

I have played sports all my life and am passionate about training and fitness. I have a very good knowledge of strength training, fitness training, sports training, rehabilitation etc.. I absolutely love to help people get in shape!
