About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy life :)

ABOUT ME

I was born in Munich but grew up in Erlangen and surrounding areas. 2011 I finished highschool and then travelled around Australia and South East Asia for 3.5 months. Afterwards I worked a lot in different jobs and then moved to Innsbruck for studying. Since then I am still studying and saving up all my money for travelling.

People tell me I'm a funny, laid-back and open-minded person. I'm pretty good in making fun about myself especially because I am really clumsy! I love going out at the weekends and spending the daytimes with friends. Normally I am the person to organise our evenings, daytrips or festivals so that everyone is enjoying himself! One thing I really really love is food, also to try different and crazy dishes from other countries! You never know if you like it if you haven't tried it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd love to meet new people from all over the world and giving them a place to stay. I will show you around Innsbruck, introduce you to my friends, take you to parties and events!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In Australia, my friend and me stayed with a really nice guy in Raymond Island, which couldn't have been a better first experience! Afterwards I used CouchSurfing quite a lot when I was travelling solo f.e. in Vietnam or Ireland.
And now I want to give all those good experiences back to people who are coming to Innsbruck and making their stay as awesome as mine were :)

Interests

In my free time I usually go to the gym, meet my friends for coffee and spend my weekends with parties, music festivals, in the nature or short trips to other cities! Now that I am living in Innsbruck I do a lot of snowboarding in winter and hiking in summer and spend lots of time with my flat mate who is also one of my best friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite music since some years now is electronic music - almost all types of it! But I am flexible so if you want to go to a metal concert I will join you haha!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2011/2012 I started my first real backpacker tour with a friend. We travelled through Australia, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia and I spent my last 3 weeks in Vietnam on my own. This whole trip was an amazing time and I think I learnt to see the world with a bit of another perspective. Especially the 3 last weeks were such a nice experience because I have never thought that travelling solo is so much fun! I just love the difference between South East Asia and Europe...the AMAZING asian food, these lovely people which are so helpful, the religion, the traditions and just the country! I ate so many crazy things, did many exciting sports activities, met the nicest people and just had a great time! I am so glad that I had time and money for this wonderful trip because you can absolutely not take that for granted and I'd really hope that more people had the chance to make such an experience!
