About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Change the world. Simples.

ABOUT ME

Oxford University student who's lived across three continents. I'm ready to be more independent now. Been told I have a few brain cells though I'm not sure if I agree. I'm interested in a fair few career avenues too. But its early days yet.

Happen to have a few horses kicking around too.

Going to Australia for the summer, looking to start my CS experience there.

PHILOSOPHY

Under current development. Would be a recipe somewhere mainly composed of libertarianism with strong environmental values thrown in.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Brand new CSer so have not participated yet but very keen to get involved and meet people and have the experiences I keep reading and hearing about. I had CSers in my second year house at university and they were great fun.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Some CSer in second year at my university. They stayed for almost a week. Was good fun too, very different from us but that's part of the fun.

Interests

Photography, politics, art, museums, travelling (when I can) many other activities. Studying takes a lot of my time at the moment.

Music, Movies, and Books

Pretty eclectic mix of music, nothing too harsh - it doesn't have to be prescriptive but it errs on the side of electronic.

Books - Oxford has almost destroyed my love of reading but science fiction / other genres still interest me.

Movies - don't really have time for them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Been lucky enough to experience a lot in my time. Particular highlight includes having a snowball fight on Mt Fujiyama in May then going to an onsen overlooked by the mountain to have a fair few Japanese experiences including having my feet cleaned by fish and being chased around the locker room by an old woman with a mop.

Countries I’ve Visited

Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Barbados, France, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Morocco, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

China, Italy, United Kingdom, United States
