Edouard and I are currently planning a trip to Nicaragua, and we are searching for great hosts to help us discover their country from the inside !

ABOUT US

We are a young couple who met in Cambodia two years ago. Edward was working for a NGO on Cambodian art preservation since 1 year, and i was doing my master's degree internship in Pasteur Institute. We travelled a lot since (Laos, Malaysia...) We love to discover new people, new places, new cultures. We are very curious about understanding the different ways of living around the world.
We also would like to improve our spanish, so if you can help us, it would be very kind of you :)

since I was young because I have a very peculiar story :
In 2001, my parents decided to go on a boat trip around the atlantic during one year with my little sister, brother and I. I discovered a lot of stuff about the world and myself and caught a virus : the travelling virus and a never ending curiosity about everything :)
I'm very open-minded and I love to discuss and argue about any subject. I like to learn new languages and to improve constantly in english. I'm a scientific student (in pharmacy) and I love to find out how things work and happen !

It's a great way to meet new people and to learn more about the city you visit through its inhabitants !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Until now, I (Anne-Claire) couchsurfed only twice and it was a great experience. I met great people, generous, welcoming and friendly. We shared not only a roof but also nice food and experiences. I always bring something to offer with me because I think that couchsurfing is all about sharing and it has to be from both side : host and guest.
I couchsurfed near Edinburgh with a friend and we met a very nice guy who live in an artist house. He's a friend now ! Then i couchsurfed in Aberdeen : a lovely couple of Russians who welcomed us very sweetly :)
So, you'll understand why I'm looking forward to have new couchsurfing experiences !!
Moreover, I met great people thanks to the couchsurfing community when i lived in Paris for 1 year. Special wink to Theo :)
