About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To go to every country on the planet!
ABOUT ME
I like to meet new people and go to places I've never been, and to laugh! I can play lots of musical instruments, love dogs, like to take photos, partake in pub trivia and walk along the Harbour at home in Sydney. I have a fancy corporate job, but luckily I don't have to be there every day, as I'm starting to think that a desk job is not my thing. It's ok to travel the rest of my life, right? You can check out my travel blog here Cut and Red
PHILOSOPHY
I'll say yes to doing things if I think that when I'm on my death bed, I'll regret not having experienced it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have hosted at my apartment in Sydney, and I'm currently surfing while going through Europe. Both are fun!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Basically fantastic!! I've met some really cool people and had some great experiences all because of couchsurfing. My favourite part is showing travellers/getting shown local places that they would never have seen otherwise.
Interests
Travel!!! and taking wonderful photos of the places I've been and the people I went with - I love taking photos. I like talking to locals in the places I've been and wandering down side streets away from crowded tourist areas. I love going out to listen to live music, and enjoying a nice bottle of wine with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
Well, to add in the category tv shows, I LOVE the West Wing, Mad Men, Community, How I Met Your Mother, and Top
Gear. I adore too many movies to name here. The only books I'm not into are fantasy, I love reading classic novels (now that I understand them and am not forced to read them) and books by researchers and scientists on their new discoveries/theories. I also love reading books on history, such as events that I wouldn't know about, or different perspectives on a place's history.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Getting to do a VIP tour of the Capitol Building in Washington DC, USA was pretty incredible, it is such a wonderful building with so much History! Taking a Gondola ride in Venice was also pretty fantastic - they sold us bottles of Spumanti for 6 euros and we drank and enjoyed the views...it really was just like I had imagined it would be, but better!
