About Me

CURRENT MISSION
We just moved to Michigan, so it's exciting getting to explore the area and meet new people. It's our goal the end of this year to buy our first home and in the future open a coffee shop bakery in town! :)

ABOUT ME

We are very friendly LOVE meeting new people and opening up our home to people :) We do this because it's a great way to make connections in life and just learn people's stories. We are shy-ish social butterflies, like we enjoy doing a lot of stuff but not necessarily being the center of attention lol but always down for learning new stuff and adventure :)

PHILOSOPHY

We just feel we're here to love people and not be a judge of anyone, when you walk through our doors we accept you for who you are and where you're at in life. We believe that's the best form of friendship. It's our highest value to make you feel respected when you stay in our home

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently we are moving from an apartment to a home, so it's sorta in limbo as to hosting people in our home but our yard is always open and welcomed to people with campers and we have a fire pit people can use and an awesome river to kayak that's only two blocks away or the public beach which is less than a mile :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Started hosting surfers in April 2013 and it's been fun, met some interesting people... haha but that's what's great about it

Interests

We enjoy the outdoors and any activities you could think of. Geocaching, frisbee golf, hiking, fishing, music festivals and farmers markets :)

Teach, Learn, Share

If you want to learn anything while staying with us we can teach you how to knit, play catan, build a fire, do laundry... or any cleaning haha ;)
