About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Find my inner base ;)

ABOUT ME

I´m a teacher in training and lived for the last five years in Cologne, going to university there. Before I start working in Germany I wanted to gain some experiences about my job, myself and others cultures of course, so went to Denmark to work as a so called assistant-teacher. I taught German and music to the childern, which was so much fun. It was a salutary and very important time for me.
Right now I'm on a four months backpackingtrip. I started off with Wwoofing in Portugal, before I will travel to Asia. After university I felt like I deserved a break and gratification.
Concerning myself I feel kind of "dual" - adventurous but a domestic soul, sociable but sometimes also a lone wolf, outgoing but also shy once in a while. It took me a while to understand that both sides are with good cause and a person of integrity doesn't need to be completely unambiguous.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Better: experienced...

Riding on the top of a bus in Nepal while it was darkest night and one could see glowworms all over and over.

Wwoofing on a beautiful little farm in Portugal - never experienced so much peace and quite before.

And, very basic and maybe clichèd, but so important for me: Love! - Family, friendship, relationships. It's all about feeling connected to other people in life, and if this works, it's the life's greatest mysterious.

Teach, Learn, Share

I´m an expert for children songs, cooking with grains and cereals and can recommend a lot of worth reading books.
Oh, and several times I was told that my sandwiches were beautiful and appetising looking :)
