ABOUT ME

I am just learning to travel. I am lucky I have a wonderful partner who knows the world and loves to travel and loves showing me new and exciting adventures. We are enjoying life together. He has studied Anthropology, so he loves meeting new people and learning from them.
We are currently at our PA home now for couchsurfing guests.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We love to meet new people to show or tell us the best places in their home town to see and the cheap places to visit. We have a variety for hosting, due to the fact that we are snowbirds. We do organic gardening in the summer months in New Freeport, PA and then we play all winter in Lake Worth, FL. We have visited as well as canoed and boated in both areas and know all the great cheap places to visit and must see sites.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have only participated in meet ups so far. We have hosted our home to many travelers we have met thru other means rather than couchsurfing (rainbow, other festivals).

Interests

We love the outdoors. We have experience in canoeing and kayaking and boating. We have a sailboat and love boating. We hike and walk regularly. We love gardening and working in the yard. Michael loves woodworking and is very good at it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Been able to enjoy life to its fullest.
We feel the most amazing thing we have done and seen together has been to sail the Intracoastal waterway from Maryland to Florida, such a true education of the United States.
