Hi all! I recently graduated from California Polytechnic State University. I love traveling and meeting people with different backgrounds. I appreciate people who are open-minded and adventurous. I am very curious so I will pretty much be interested in anything you have to tell me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love going to CS meetups. As I am traveling right now, I won't be able to host anyone now, but it is definitely something I want to get back to doing when I'm settled. I have participated in CS by hosting as well as surfing.

Interests

I have a huge love for art in all forms, particularly design. I also listen to a lot of music, watch a lot of movies and read during my free time. I love traveling whenever I get an opportunity to.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listened to a ton of music and love talking about music and throwing listening parties. I used to be a radio dj at my college radio station so I can go on and on about certain bands.
Some artists I like for example: John Maus, Radiohead, Ride, Blonde Redhead, Smashing Pumpkins (particularly Siamese Dream and Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness), Cocteau Twins, Broadcast, Pavement and also a lot of electronic music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in Thailand for 3 months in 2012

Scuba-dived in Cebu, Philipines with my dad in 2013. One of the most beautiful experiences in my life.

Went backpacking in Europe over 5 countries in 2013.

I would love to find someone to talk photography and design with me. I speak Chinese, so whoever is interested I am more than happy to teach you some basics. I also enjoy conversations about music. I can also cook you a healthy and yummy vegetarian meal.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can make a mean vegetarian meal for you. (okay maybe mean is pushing it, but satisfactory and healthy for sure!)
