ABOUT ME

I'm a 23 year old Dutch student living in Enschede. Since I graduated high school I have been trying to travel as much as I can. Especially my half year abroad in Central America was amazing, as was my Bachelor thesis in Colombia. I always try to find an excuse to leave home and experience something completely new.

The main reason I love traveling so much is that you meet new people with their own unique story every day. Something which unfortunately you do not do at home. I also enjoy the flexible, live by the day, mentality of traveling.

I have no experience yet, but during my last trip heard so many great stories about it; I'm eager to find out!

Interests

Diving, hiking, biking, cooking, music, soccer, movies, going out, but most of all anything that's new and exciting.

Music, Movies, and Books

Enjoy all, but usually only read while traveling when I've got time on bus/train trips, fighting a hangover in a hostel or lazing in hammock.

Music is part of my everyday life and I cannot travel without music. My interest is very broad, from rap to rock to reggae.

At home I watch movies often with my roommates. Again, (almost) anything goes.

Teach, Learn, Share

Practice Spanish or English (both mine and others'), ride a bike, Dutch cooking.
