About Me

CURRENT MISSION

meet cool people and discover great places to visit in Montréal while maintaining my French skills

ABOUT ME

Traveler, dreamer, free-spirit.

I a€™m not bilingual, I just suck at two languages now ;)

After having lived and traveled a bit in Europe, I am no longer content with staying in one location for an extended period of time; I feel the need to continue travelling and discovering new things. My next destinations are the many places in North America that I'€™ve never been before. I absolutely love exchanging stories about all sorts of international adventures with other travelers!

PHILOSOPHY

The combination of youth and good weather does not last long. Take advantage of every opportunity that presents itself. Most often, we regret the things that we didn't do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf couches when I travel to experience the local lifestyle. I hosted surfers in Paris and hopefully I will be able to host again when I get back to Montreal. I go to CS events when I get the chance.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It has been an adventure since the beginning.

Music, Movies, and Books

too many to list.
I still need to watch a lot of so-called classic movies. It would be cool to do a movie night some time! It's always more fun to watch them with people for the commentaries =D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Arriving in Paris for the exchange semester: I knew it would be different from just touring because the goal was no longer to see as many things as possible in the shortest amount of time. Instead, I had the privilege to take my time exploring hidden corners and allies of the city of lights.

Learning to surf in Hossegor.

Attending shows during Paris fashion week prêt-à-porter.

Rooftop hopping completed in: Paris, Frankfurt, Seattle, Montreal, Toronto, Singapore, Bangkok

Found a job after university (much easier said than done!) & managed to work in 2 languages.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach what I know about the English and French languages. Also I can share my experiences living in Vancouver and Montreal and the discoveries I've made in Paris and traveling in Europe. Mandarin pronunciation (4 tones) but not grammar or vocabulary.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My continued curiosity, fun conversations, the occasional snack or post-card from Canada

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, China, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, France
