ABOUT ME

My roots spread across three continents, nourishing myself with this diverse ancestry. Tracks, books, words, poems, paths. Colors, ideas, sounds, images. Silence. Laughter. Smiles which fills my smile. Dancing with the tender song of compassion, building the consonance with who I am, connecting to my remote seeds, . Harmonic rhythms. Waves. Tidal inspiration. Expiration winds. Dreams. Sun, so much sun. Light. And Sea, soft melody of the heart. Enthusiasm, passion, loss, forgiveness. You, beauty, mirror, empathy, sharing.

Since I know myself, my empathic being connects easily to others. Through out the years I've studied Astrology, Ayurveda, Reiki Healing, Meditation, Multidimensional Therapy and so many other profound and tender therapies to help myself and others to reach the balance we all deserve.

Travelling without moving! It's an amazing experience! ^^
I've only hosted, yet it' has always been a different, marvelous and awakening experience. I've been learning a lot with all the amazing people that have crossed my path. And I'm truly grateful :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the privilege of seeing the sunrise on the top of a dune in a the edge of the Sahara Desert and it was astonishing!
The best moments and places I know and lived were right here in Lisbon... a surprising city of many lights!

All of my experience as person comes from sharing with other people. It as enriched my life! I'm always available to learn new perspectives.
