ABOUT ME

After leaving the sunny shores of England, we arrived in Auckland in June 2012. We then travelled south exploring a few of the natural gems that the North island has to offer. Eventually we made our way to Wellington, and despite the weather we decided to settle for the previous 9 months.

During our time in windy Welly we've found good work, great friends and a fun place to live. We've been flating with a mixed group of both Kiwis and internationals and have hosted many couch surfers, really embracing the couch surfing culture and have taken a real pleasure in introducing travellers to the city.

We've now reach the end of our time in New Zealand and the end of our VISAs, so we're getting back on the road ourselves and crossing the ditch to Oz. After having such great experiences through hosting couch surfers we really want to experince surfing for ourselves when we arrive!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Pretty much newbees to the game we started hosting when we moved into our flat in Wellington. We've had nothing but positive and fun experiences meeting some great people from all over the world.
