happy, fun-loving, outgoing free spirit! :)
I love life&cant get enough of it! Each year gets better for me!

I have many sides to my personality-i love to hang with the lads back home and watch the footy on a sunday drinking beers-or shopping with my girls,partying, drinking cocktails-but not so often these days-since travelling ive discovered a more centred,spiritual side-where i like to appreciate life and nature etc..
So i practice chi gung,kundalini yoga and meditate often and have lived in a small community in san marcos on lake atitlan where this is a big way of life-and life is amazing!!
That said i still love to party-and to dance! Thats my balance..
I have many friends all over the world ive connected with through travelling-and hold a lot of strong friendships-friends are important to me-as are family!
Ive learnt so much through my travels so far-the main thing being how life is what you make of it-and each day can hold a special gift-amazing opportunites, to meet amazing people and to realy know ourselves!!
Im new to couch surfing so have no friends as yet :(( haha..
But theyre on the way..im travelling with limited internet out here so its a slow process on here!!
So please give me a chance! :)

PHILOSOPHY

I used to allow myself to get stressed with work and worked a lot of hours-fed up feeling like its all same old same old...
And then
I stopped and thought wtf am i doing??!
And thats when i realised how do i know where i want to live and what i want to/be til ive seen what the options are?? Haha
I love my life now-living free..
Following my heart in where i want to be and embracing all that manifests for me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ive not had any experience as of yet-although im a member of help x and have travelled in this way.
I stayed on an island developing an eco project for a week in Sao Paulo,brazil and will be getting their reference for here soon!!

I love interesting people,people who have that ability to just make you laugh...
I love music-its an integral part of my life-always has been..live love festivals,gigs just jamming round a fire travelling..
And so i am attempting the learn to play finally-the guitar and a play around with the accordian-which is fun!
Love to travel!
Am pretty into yoga, meditation, energy work-natural healing work..
Love tipi's and yurts,love anything chocolate-especially brownies-hmm!!)
Love dogs,love ibiza,love peanut butter,love trekking the top of a volcano and the view after half killing myself to get there..love flowers and the smell of copal insence and oh yeah mexican&morrocan food!! :))

I am realy enthusiatic in what ive been studying whilst out here in Guatemala-natural healing and energy medicine-which is so amazing!!
I am holistically trained with a good knowledge in nutrition and am a reiki master-all knowledge i love to share with those who show an interest!
