HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like meeting people in my city -Dresden- especially if they like board and card games as much as I do ;-)

Wenn ich in ganz Deutschland auf Seminare fahre, um mich als Hundetrainer weiterzubilden oder gemeinsam mit meinem Liebsten zu einem Spieleevent, versuche ich einen netten Host zu finden, bei dem ich (oder wir) schlafen darf.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I already met lots of very nice people. As I don't travel a lot, CouchSurfing gives me the chance to get to know people from all over the world without leaving Dresden :-)

Interessi

Tierliebe steht bei mir ganz oben. Sowohl beruflich als auch privat arbeite ich mit Tieren, insbesondere Hunden. Tagsüber arbeite ich als Gassigänger und in meiner Freizeit trainiere ich mit meiner Hündin Laya Agility. Im Moment lässt es weder mein Budget noch mein Zeitplan zu, aber für die Zukunft ist es mir sehr wichtig, auch einen Weg zu finden, mich im Tierschutz zu engagieren.

Mein zweites großes Hobby sind Gesellschaftsspiele. Mindestens einmal in der Woche gehe ich zu einem Spieleabend oder lade zu einem ein. Jedes Jahr im Oktober fahre ich nach Essen zur großen Spielemesse. Zudem fahre ich gelegentlich zu Spieleturnieren.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

When I created my couchsurfing account, I found it very hard to answer that question. I forced myself to find some experiences that might have been a bit outstanding compared to the rest of my life, and I noted them here as my "most fantastic experiences". But it just never felt quite right.

Today, I deleted them and I want to be honest with you: There are no such experiences in my life that are outstanding enough to be mentionned as the most fantastic ones. Quite sad, is it? That's what I thought, too. And I felt ashamed that everyone else has these fantastic experiences and I don't. But guys: I am happy with my life. So maybe it is just my everyday life that is so great that there can't be any particular events even more fantastic than that :D

Don't get me wrong: I am not the kind of person that is experiencing extraordinary things all over the world every day. Maybe most people would judge my life kind of boring. But I love being with my dogs every day and having tons of board game evenings with my friends all the time. I also enjoyed myself during the months I spent in France and my holiday in Morocco was nice, too - but I just can't help it - for me, those events were not better or more "fantastic" than my regular live.
