I'd learn the basic history plus the current situation of the community of wherever I travel since its really interesting to learn how people live their life and compare it to where I grew up. Plus, typical food testing is always pleasant LOL.
Honestly I dont have super talent which can make me famous or whatever, but at least my cultural background makes me speak fluent chinese and cook some basic oriental stuff, if you are interested:)
