ABOUT ME

Crazy, adventurebound, party animal, reckless, are terms that could be used to describe me. Yet I am still a very considerate and respectful person, and I also love to relax and have a beer or make music or just have wonderful discussions with people. I tend to live in extremes, a week I will stay home most of the time, on my computer, making music, then the next one I will be hitch-hiking, camping in the woods, hiking all day. I can enjoy pretty much anything life offers me, as I believe the little pleasures of life are too often forgotten.

I've been known to embark people with me on crazy adventures, I have this almost undefeatable optimism when on adventures that seem to make people want to follow me... for better or worse. I take impulsive decisions, as I believe that bad decisions, will become good stories.

We welcome couchsurfers at our appartment in Vancouver, and I plan to do some surfing myself during my future travels

Went on some crazy backpacking adventures with guys I met on CS. Hosted a bunch of people, even though not always through CS

Interests

- Music, all kinds of it, I'm really into electronic music and dabble in production.
- Arts, I'm a filmmaker by profession, I currently do freelance work in TV.
- Sports and the great OUTDOORS! I love hiking, I love skiing, I really want to get into rockclimbing and possibly some sort of water sport like whitewater kayak.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: As a filmmaker who is very concerned with the aesthetical aspect of movies, any movie that manages to captivate me so much that I forget all about the technical aspects and the way the film looks, is a great film to me.

Music: I try to open my mind to any kinds of music, and I enjoy most of it, right now I'm really into dreamy chill electronic music, but I'll listen to anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking the Kalalau trail in Kauai, HI, 4 times in 3 weeks for a total of 72km of pure awesome.

Getting lost for 9 hours on Vancouver island's west coast with 2 CS buddies met the day before and having to hike dangerous cliffs and cross a rainforest before running out of water..
