ABOUT ME

I'm an outgoing guy, I tend to be quiet sometimes as if I haven't got something nice to say I don't say anything. I love to travel, I've always wanted to visit America and this summer is my chance. I don't drink (sounds crazy for an irish lad, I know) but I do like to go out and have the craic as we say.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently at a temporary place for the next few days then I'll have a more permanent place with room to host people. So far I've spent two nights couch surfing here in Boston and I had a great time. I attend as many couch surfing events as I can as its a great way to meet people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

2 nights surfing so far. Also I met a good few surfers that stayed with my friends, they were always really nice and really interesting people.

Interests

In my free time, I'm a scout leader in Galway, which soaks up a good bit of my time. I'm a qualified scuba diver, I love to cycle and I also practice TaeKwonDo. I'm a complete nerd I absolutely love Firefly and BSG. So there's lots more too !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was scuba diving a few years back in South Africa and we had a whole school of sharks come up and hang out out with us at the end of the dive, they were incredible. Still takes my breath away to think about it

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a pretty damn good cook, or so my friends say so I'm able to show people how to make simple tasty 1 pot meals, (less clean up). I also have skills in self defence, backwoods living (survialism etc). I'd like to learn about other cultures from all over the world
