I'm a French cinema student, living in Paris. My life is divided between cinema, photography, graphism and political activism. I don't really see what else to say... Oh, yes, I just want to change the world. Guess that's all.

I don't smoke, I don't eat much, and I can sleep anywhere. Really.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Basically, it's rather hard to host anybody in a 9m² flat. So, as I'm not yet famous and billionaire, I can't host you. But, don't worry ! I can still offer you tea, coffee and pancakes !
Furthermore, I'm a student in cinema, which basically means that I'm nearly always available if you want to wander around Paris...

I know quite well all the north of Paris, and I guess I can always show you plenty of things you may not have seen otherwise. There are lots of places off the beaten track that are really nice !

And as I've grew in the suburbs, I also know rather well Versailles, Trappes and other city in the South of Paris (where there are nice things to see, I assure you !). And as I'm studying in the suburbs, I also know nice places in the North of Paris (St. Denis, St. Ouen...).

That makes a lot of things to see, so... Come ! :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mhm...Well... For the moment, I don't really know what to write here. So, host me and come to Paris, so that I will be able to say things here !

Interests

Cinema, of course.

I'm also interested in art, both classic and contemporary. Paintings, architecture, installation... I go rather frequently to the theatre. I'm always curious about any form of art.
I like music and "sound" too, as I'm myself doing some little things for a French student radio.

I like to discover other ways of living... It sound silly, but I assure you, it's the truth !

Also very interested in philosophy, social science and history.

And mixing all these is rather fun and interesting !

Music, Movies, and Books

Favourite film-makers : Terrence Malick, Martin Scorcese, Arnaud Desplechin, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Hayao Miyazaki, Wes Anderson, F.W. Murnau, Michel Gondry, Ken Loach...

Music : Lot of things. My MP3 is full of unknown and yet brilliant bands. But, for he best known, that will be : Aloe Blacc, Grizzly Bear, General Elektriks, The Shoes, Feist, Bob Dylan, The Black Keys, Serge Gainsbourg, Cat Power ...
And, I like myself when I sing in the shower, but I guess I should probably stop this if I'm couchsurfing.

Books : All the writings of Jean Cocteau, Albert Camus, George Orwell, Sacha Guitry, Mark Twain, Paul Auster... Lot of other things too. Big fan of graphic novels and comics too : Art Spiegelman, Will Eisner, Moebius, Joe Sacco...
