About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Dream and live at the same time

ABOUT ME

You live like this, sheltered, in a delicate world, and you believe you are living. Then you read a book… or you take a trip… and you discover that you are not living, that you are hibernating. The symptoms of hibernating are easily detectable: first, restlessness. The second symptom (when hibernating becomes dangerous and might degenerate into death): absence of pleasure. That is all. It appears like an innocuous illness. Monotony, boredom, death. Millions live like this (or die like this) without knowing it. They work in offices. They drive a car. They picnic with their families. They raise children. And then some shock treatment takes place, a person, a book, a song, and it awakens them and saves them from death. Some never awaken.

PHILOSOPHY

A ship in harbour is safe but that is not what ships are built for.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was forced by the fact I moved to Marseille all alone. And it seems that when life force you to do things, sometimes you can have an amazing time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never had a CS experience... For now I just want to meet some nice people with whom I can hang out, have a long walk, a drink, to talk, to laugh.

Interests

I tend to be artistic and a dreamer so for me museums, books, life philosophies, cultural diversity is what I do seek in this life. I walk a lot, around small streets, listening to music and sometimes dancing on the street, I try to cure people and to dress like it's the last day I'm having.
