ABOUT US

We are a Polish couple. Gosia comes from the north of Poland (Polish seaside). Kuba comes from the south. We have been living in Cracow since 2011. We share the passion to travel and rock music. We work a lot - Gosia is a TV journalist, Kuba is an X-ray technician in a hospital, but whenever we have free time we love to meet new people and see new places.

When we host we do our best to introduce Cracow to our guests. We like to share ideas, tastes, languages, sounds, stories. We can show you our favourite bars and pubs in the city. We can go for a walk or party together.

We are open-minded people and when we travel we always try to spend time with natives and adapt to their conditions and culture of place we visit. We believe that if you want to get to know the coutry you should get to know the inhabitants. During traveling, we love to see how local people spend time, what they like doing in their city, where they go for a walk, where and what they eat, how they live etc. Their lifestyle is fascinating for us even more than architecture and all tourist „must-see” places.

We love trying new things. That's why every time when we travel, we taste regional food, we learn at least a couple of words in the language. We like listening local music, see local art. Its the way how we feel the atmosphere of life in the place.

PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is a result of past and current experiences. Each and every mistake is important, as we can learn from them and turn into advantages. You live only once, so do not waste your time, dream, and always take a chance!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have been hosting people since 2012. We have also surfed a couple of times. We have always had unforgettable memories!

Intereses

We both like biking, Gosia loves running. We are also keen on music - Kuba used to play the electric guitar in a rock band and we attend many rock and metal concerts each year. We also like old classic cars and old buildings- we believe some of them have a spirit of old times :)

We both love rock'n'roll, classic rock, 60s-70s-80s. But we also enjoy listening to new things, especially music from places we visit.

We can share experiences and stories or whaterever we might have in common.
