About Me

Hello there!

My name is Llorenç (which is Catalan for Lawrence), but if you don't know how to pronounce it you might just call me Yuri.

I am a part time architect and a part time "churrero" (I own a food truck): it's a weird combo but it works so far!

I love to travel, that is why I spent a lot of time wandering around the world. I enjoy learning about all kinds of cultures, so I welcome you to share yours with me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like meeting people and showing my city to newcomers from a different perspective. I live with my wife Laura (you can check her profile here: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/laura-arcagni) and we have an apartment with an extra bedroom where we can host up to two guests for a couple of nights. We are an open-minded couple and we are open to any plans that come our way: from a quiet evening enjoying a homemade meal to a day trip to a beach close by. Our plans usually involve going to restaurants, museums, the movies, and other cultural activities.

Interests

I like cooking, art, architecture, music, wine, and of course traveling and meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Laura and I spend a lot of time on Netflix and we are also big on live music. She is an editor so we have plenty to read at home too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driving from Barcelona to Sevilla on my Vespa and travel around the world during nine months.
