Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in one of the best spots in Madrid, really close to Malasana,Chueca and night life. I live alone, sometimes my friends accompany me..it is all about friends recommendations..

Honestly, I am a newbie. However, I heard many great things from friends, relatives and acquaintances. If you are open minded and want to have a great time in Madrid, making great friends, please do not hesitate! :)

Interests

I like any kind of music that has the right vibes :) From greek to latin; classical to deep house (nowadays interested in deep house and electronic music festivals!!)... I enjoy a variety of international music..I love dancing especially zeibekiko ( Greek dance ). I enjoy having a beer out with my best colleges or just staying home and enjoying a nice dinner with home cooked food. Other than that I enjoy exploring cities by walking.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do not have one favorite movie or book..They differ from a variety of countries, directors and genres. Lately, I have watched City of God, Amores Perros ,Soul Kitchen and been quite impressed by them...Ps. I love Christopher Nolan's movies :) ... Ahh you should watch Korean movies as well!!.. Currently, I am interested in Spanish and Latin American authors and started to read Gabriel Garcia Marquez.. And series....Game of Thrones, House of Cards, Vikings currently my favourites.. I used to watch How I met your Mother, Entourage..and discovered Battlestar Galactica !!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When you wake up every day, you have two choices..you can be either an optimist or a pessimist..I choose to be an optimist..When the time comes, you feel that all the things that you see/do are amazing..

Istanbul is a great city, where East meets West, it is a bridge between the orient and the oxidant. For Alexander Humboldt Istanbul was the great city of the world during his life time. I believe that nothing has changed since then :)...Currently, my new journey has started..New hopes, new life,new job, new home, Madrid!!..It is beyond my expectations and will be yours as well..Another fantastic city!!
