ABOUT ME

I am a full time software engineer working in Mountain view California. In my day job, I write open source software to help people around the world build better software systems. My after work hours are mostly devoted to learning 3D printing and fingerstyle Guitar.

I grew up in China and finished my bachelor degree in Guangzhou. Then I went to Pittsburgh for Grad school. After that, I moved to Palo Alto for full time job.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travel because it reminds me of how wonderful and friendly people around the world are. My travel philosophy is go talk to people and get inspired. No doubt, CS is the easiest way to meet local people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

100km hiking across Shenzhen.
17 hours hiking to the top of Ermei Mountain.
Made a prusa i3xl reprap 3D printer by myself.

Teach, Learn, Share

Since I work in computer industry, I would love to teach anything I know about computer science :)

Besides that, I can also share stuffs I learn about card magic tricks, painting, freestyle soccer, Chinese (language and cooking), guitar and Taichi.
